I honestly can't swim at all. I don't wanna be a Michael Phelps, just another swimmer. I learned that if i hold my breath I can stay afloat much longer. How does Michael Phelps train 5 hours a day, 7 days a week, so 35 hours a week and still avoid getting swimmer ear or ear infections, because I used to go swimming 2 hours a week and now I am going 6 hours a week, how do I avoid getting swimmer ear or ear infections, please help me if you can....
